During our stay for the month of February we discovered the beauty of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The downtown areas are beautiful, it was so fun to see the beautiful buildings in the business districts. Each of the cities have many, many new buildings. We enjoyed a tour on the New River with Illinois friends. Each day was gorgeous...blue sky and bright sunshine.
The homes along the tour were magnificent! The yachts were MORE magnificent. It was fun to see the tour ships, too!
I'm always ready to visit a lighthouse. Nearby we found Jupiter Light and enjoyed the visit with Sheila and Stewart.
My sister Nancy lives in Florida and it was great to have a visit with her!
